Born and raised in Lamu, Salim Elbusaidy is a businessman and seasoned luxury travel professional with over 9 years of experience across East Africa and the Middle East. His deep connection to Lamu has shaped his passion for creating meaningful travel experiences that bring together the beauty, culture, history and spirit of the region. As the Founder and CEO of Lamu Tours and Safaris, Salim combines local knowledge with international experience to create carefully planned journeys for travelers who want to experience Africa in a personal and authentic way.
